All prices shown in this catalogue are exclusive of V.A.T. and are correct at the time of printing, April 2018, and are net after deducting the special discounts applicable to education. They are based on the latest available information and we will endeavour to hold prices for the catalogue life, but the prices charged will be those ruling at the date of despatch. Claims, Shortages
& Missing Goods
Any shortage or damage must be reported to the company WITHIN TEN DAYS of receipt of goods otherwise claims cannot be considered. If goods on receipt are seen to be damaged the delivery note should be endorsed “DAMAGED IN TRANSIT”
and packing material should be retained pending enquiry and inspection. Notification regarding non-delivery of the whole or part of a consignment must be made to the Company within 10 days from the invoice date otherwise no claim can be entertained.

Terms and Conditions
Delivery Charges
We have no minimum order. UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) parcels will be sent and charged at £5.95 + VAT. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Offshore will be charged at cost.
Hindleys exports to most parts of the world. Details on request.
Accounts
Schools, Universities, Colleges and all Government Departments have automatic account facilities. Settlement Terms are strictly net and all invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date.
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect goods from our premises, but are requested to telephone prior to calling thus avoiding waiting or a wasted journey. Any collection may be made between 8.30am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Return of Goods
Goods cannot be returned without prior approval.
Value Added Tax
Prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
Specification
Manufacturers follow a policy of continuous improvement and may modify specifications without notice.
